Current Board Member Chuck Winn began serving on the San Joaquin County Board of Education in July of 2024. Mr Winn represents Area 1, which includes the rural elementary school districts of Jefferson and New Jerusalem. Unified school districts represented in his area include parts of Banta, Escalon, Lammersville, Manteca, Ripon, and Tracy.
