SJC SELPA Governing Council

The San Joaquin County (SJC) Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA) Governing Council may periodically hold public hearings throughout the year to comply with Education Code Section 56205(b)(2). These hearings are part of our requirements for developing the Special Education Local Plan. Agenda items related to the Special Education Annual Budget and Service Plans may be brought to the SJC SELPA Governing Council for approval.
