SJC SELPA Council of Directors
The San Joaquin County Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA) Council of Directors is responsible for coordinating special education services within the SELPA. The COD meets monthly during the school year and includes the 11 local plan agency directors and the SELPA director.
The SELPA director administers and implements regionalized services, ensuring that special education programs and services are effectively managed and delivered across the county.
