Continuous Improvement and Support
The Continuous Improvement and Support department partners closely with districts and charter schools in San Joaquin County to drive meaningful improvements in student achievement. Our team of dedicated educators collaborates with Local Education Agencies (LEAs) to strengthen teaching practices, enhance student outcomes, and close opportunity gaps.
The department provides a variety of services tailored to the needs of districts and schools, including support with data analysis, assessments, strategic planning, accountability, and targeted assistance. In addition, the department organizes networks, workshops, trainings, and events to equip educators with valuable tools, resources, and the latest insights to elevate student learning. Through these partnerships, we work to foster innovation, build community connections, and create lasting positive impacts across our county’s educational landscape.
