COVID-19 Vaccine Information

Registration for SJCOE vaccine clinic open to all school-employee age groups

At approximately 8 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 19, the San Joaquin County Office of Education (SJCOE) opened up registration for the SJCOE COVID-19 vaccine clinic to all remaining age groups. Employees were sent invitations with a unique link allowing them to register for an appointment.

In the two days since registration opened for clinics on Feb. 19, Feb. 24, Feb. 25, and March 3 -- approximately 4,000 school employees ages 45 years and older registered for appointments to receive a first dose of the vaccine.

Since that time, the SJCOE has been allocated additional doses of the Pfizer vaccine.  In order to distribute the SJCOE's full allotment of first doses, we will be scheduling additional clinics on Monday, Feb. 22; Tuesday, Feb. 23; and Friday, Feb. 26.

All previously scheduled vaccination appointments remain valid, and the registration system that was put in place for the first three clinics will continue. All employees who have received an invitation to register still have access to the system and will be able to add one of the new appointment slots.

The email invitation will come from noreply@vaccine.sjcoe.org and noreply@vaccineemail.sjcoe.org.  If you do not receive an invitation, please check your spam.

The vaccination clinics are open to employees from all public and private K-12 schools in San Joaquin County. Only pre-registered and pre-scheduled school employees will be vaccinated on the designated vaccination days. If you believe that you should have received an invitation to register for an appointment, please contact your employer.
