Community for Environmental Literacy Summit (CELS)

To bring together the SJCOE environmental literacy networks throughout the county and Region 6.

The purpose of the Community for Environmental Literacy Summit (CELS) is to bring together the SJCOE environmental literacy networks (YEL, TEL, CPEL and GEL) and other interested individuals to learn, share and connect with nature in order to improve environmental literacy throughout San Joaquin County and Region 6.

Registration for the Summit is FREE

Participants can either bring a picnic lunch or pre-purchase a Panera Boxed Lunch for $15.00 when registering. We will not be accepting payment onsite, so if you would like the Panera boxed lunch please purchase at the time of registration.

Who can register? All members of our environmental literacy networks (YEL, TEL, CPEL and GEL), Central CELP Leads and Teacher Leaders, High School students, K-12 Educators and Environmental Enthusiasts who support environmental literacy in region 6.
