COVID-19 Vaccine Information

Second registration tier opens for SJCOE vaccine clinic

At approximately 8 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 18, the San Joaquin County Office of Education (SJCOE) opened the second age-based registration tier for the SJCOE COVID-19 vaccine clinic. Employees ages 45 to 54 years old were sent email invitations with a unique link allowing them to register for an appointment. The registration window is still open for the 55 and above group and will continue to stay open throughout the process.

The notification process will continue until all available appointment times are filled. More appointment slots will be added as additional vaccine becomes available.

The email will come from noreply@vaccine.sjcoe.org and noreply@vaccineemail.sjcoe.org.  If you do not receive an invitation, please check your spam.

The SJCOE understands that many school employees are eager to register to be vaccinated. The registration process is data-driven, based on employee information and the availability of the vaccine. The vaccination clinics are open to all public and private school employees in San Joaquin County. Only pre-registered and pre-scheduled school employees will be vaccinated on the designated vaccination days. If you believe that you should have received an invitation to register for an appointment, please contact your employer.

For more information about the SJCOE vaccination clinics, please go the SJCOE COVID-19 Vaccine and Information and Resources webpage.
