The PersonBrain Model Neuro Transactional Training equips participants with applicable skills from day one! This exciting training is designed to engage participants in a way that views challenging behaviors as part of a story the youth is trying to tell. After this 3 day training you will be thoroughly trained in the PersonBrain model and be able to train others within your agency or program.
Guest Speaker Paul W. Baker, PhD is a developmental neuropsychologist. His experience includes working as a special educator, school administrator, CEO, clinical administrator, psychologist, foster parent and adoptive parent. He is the developer of The Person Brain Model, a positive strengths-based training program for working with trauma and other critical life events. This universal approach incorporates relational and brain-based strategies that are practical, effective and culturally respectful of young people.
