Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA)

The Special Education Local Plan Area operated by SJCOE serves students enrolled in County Office programs and those in Manteca Unified, Tracy Unified, Lincoln Unified, Escalon Unified, Ripon Unified, Linden Unified, Banta Elmentary, Jefferson Elementary, New Jerusalem Elementary and Lammersville Elementary school districts. SELPA’s coordinate special education efforts to ensure that resources are placed to meet student needs and provide services that would otherwise be impossible among smaller school districts.

Where to get Help
