Professional Development for STEM Educators

Earn professional learning units at trainings for educators available at the SJCOE

Educators can learn how to make the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) come to life in their classrooms with hands-on activities and experiments by attending a series of trainings available at the SJCOE STEM Programs through May. Educators attending the trainings can learn the basics in NGSS 101, sample hands-on techniques in make-and-take workshops, and discover digital tools that students can use to interpret data.

Professional learning units available through partnership with Teachers College of San Joaquin.

Check back often to see what new learning opportunities have been added to SJCOE STEM Programs professional development webpage.
