COSP would like to invite you to participate in the 2015 Macy’s Believe campaign! You may have noticed the fun mailboxes in the lobbies of the WEC, Nelson Center, and Venture Main buildings. These were made especially for us by Richard Migliori’s students as a part of Venture Academy’s construction technology classes. We invite you to join us in writing letters to Santa to help make a child in San Joaquin County’s wish come true.
What is the Believe Campaign?
Starting now, your letter to Santa can help raise funds for Make-A-Wish of San Joaquin County. Macy’s will donate $1 to Make-A-Wish, up to $1 million for every letter dropped in the big red letterbox at any Macy's.
But we are making this even easier for SJCOE- at each mailbox in the lobby you will find stationary to write to Santa, so all you need to do is write the letter and put it in our mailbox. We will deliver them to Macy’s for you! *No postage necessary
What is Make-A-Wish?
Make-A-Wish is a non-profit organization that grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions. A wish experience can be a pivotal point in the course of a child’s treatment, making them feel better, and in some cases, even helping them get better.
So what now?
Get writing! There is no limit to how many letters a person can write and every letter you write is $1 that will go towards a child in our area to help grant their wish.
