57th Annual SJC Science and Engineering Fair

More than 1,000 SJC students competed for top honors

After reviewing approximately 300 projects, the winners of the 57th Annual San Joaquin County Science and Engineering Fair were announced on Thursday, March 5, 2015 at the San Joaquin County Office of Education. More than 1,000 students across 21 schools and 10 school districts participated in the fair.

The San Joaquin County Science and Engineering Fair seeks to promote science and engineering exploration and understanding for students. Each year, San Joaquin County awards thousands of dollars to students and teachers who exhibit superior levels of understanding and articulation in the areas of science and engineering.

More than 30 professionals from the community helped judge and conduct interviews to determine the winners.
