The concert is free and open to the public. The event will consist of performances by the San Joaquin County Office of Education (SJCOE) High School Honors Concert choir, band, and string orchestra. Music selection for the sets are chosen by the guest conductors.
The Nelson Zane Four-Year Award will be given to students who have been accepted to the SJCOE High School Honors Concert for all four years of eligibility. This year a total of 22 students will receive the award. Nelson-Zane Four Year Award recipients are eligible for a $250 scholarship. Winners of the scholarship will be announced during intermission.
