Nearly 180 seventh- to 12th-grade students and 60 teachers from San Joaquin County school districts will have the chance to dine with a scientist at the annual Dinner with a Scientist event on Nov. 6 at the San Joaquin County Office of Education (SJCOE).
The evening, hosted by the SJCOE STEM Department, will begin with a table science challenge led by John Knezovich, a senior scientist at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and adjunct professor of environmental toxicology at UC Davis.
