The June 3 Statewide Primary Election is just around the corner. In coordination with the California Secretary of State, San Joaquin County Office of Education is encouraging you, your family and friends to vote!

The last day to register to vote in this election is May 19. Registration is easy at http://www.registertovote.ca.gov/.

Did you know that any registered California voter can vote by mail? Just fill in and print an application at http://www.sos.ca.gov/elections/elections_m.htm, then mail it in time to arrive at San Joaquin County's election office by May 27.

Polls are open on Election Day from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. For more information call the Secretary of State’s voter hotline at (800) 345-VOTE or visit http://www.sos.ca.gov/elections/voting-in-california/.
