Never a dull moment for Special Education Classes
Outlook: November issue

This snake looks scary!.jpgThere is never a dull moment in Teacher Christie Mueller’s primary Special Day Class at Nile Garden Elementary in Manteca Unified. This Special Education class is busy every moment of the day. From free time to music and rhythms during circle time, students are actively engaged in learning. In fact, it is Mueller’s goal to make sure that students benefit from daily activities such as writing their names, playing at recess, and visiting the library. These schedules give students the work and play time they need in order to learn while making progress toward their goals.
