Under a joint power authority agreement, San Joaquin County Office of Education provides Internet services and technology support to Linden Unified, Escalon Unified, Ripon Unified, Manteca Unified, Tracy Unified, Lincoln Unified, Jefferson Elementary, Banta Elementary, Oakview Elementary, New Hope Elementary, New Jerusalem Elementary, and Lammersville Elementary districts.

Services provided include administrative software systems for payroll, finance, and student information, electronic transfer of information to and from financial institutions, county offices, state offices, and the federal government, desktop support for Windows based computers, a help desk call center, repair and support for 25,000 computers, software sales and installation, network services which provide high-speed Internet connections and web servers, e-mail for 3,000 teachers and staff, network wiring installation inside schools and connections to the County Office, and training on computer hardware and software systems.
