Current Board Member Gutierrez began serving on the San Joaquin County Board of Education in July of 1996. He was reelected in 2002 and again in 2008. Mr. Gutierrez represents Area 4, which includes parts of Lincoln, Manteca, Stockton, and Tracy Unified school districts.
